There’s no better holiday than having lots of fun, and then returning to your comfortable and luxury holiday home to relax and recharge. Our facilities are all within easy reach of your luxury accommodation.
There’s Palm Beach, Adventure Golf, a range of fun activities throughout the day for children, our indoor fun pool, outdoor heated pool (open from the end of May until the end of August), along with outdoor and indoor play, evening entertainment every night and 4 eateries on the Park.
Luxury Accommodation – Chestnut House
Perfect for larger families, extended families or a combined family holiday, as well as a couples’ holiday group getaway, Chestnut House sleeps up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms.
Chestnut House is a bit different from the rest of our accommodation, nestled on the edge of the Park, with private access through a mature garden. It is time to discover this large and luxurious home.
With private parking, and garden area, it is great for those looking for somewhere private but still with the benefit of being able to access Hendra and our facilities with daily pool vouchers included.
Unwind in the coastal chic living area and enjoy spending quality time together, by playing games, or watching the 50 inch Smart TV, complete with super-fast wi-fi. There is a large kitchen to make delicious meals which can be enjoyed in the spacious dining room or alfresco on the outside furniture.
With two roomy double bedrooms, one ensuite, a twin room and a room with bunk beds, there is plenty of space to get some time to yourself.
There is a bathroom and a downstairs toilet, along with the ensuite in one of the double bedrooms.
When you arrive, enjoy our welcome hamper, with a range of delicious local products.
The Meadow Retreat
Come away with us at the exclusive Meadow Retreat, home to our, bespoke to Hendra, Meadow Lodges. New last year, these are our top collection of holiday homes. Complete with a large living space, plush furnishings, and a shaker kitchen. There’s also decking and outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying the summer evenings.
Guests will enjoy being in the Meadow Retreat field, with a private and residential feel but still close to Hendra’s facilities.
The Meadow Lodges have been immensely popular with our guests, with many guests who stayed in them last year, returning to stay in them this year, so make sure you book soon!
Watergate Holiday Homes
Another new home to Hendra in 2024, the Watergates are also very spacious, luxurious and contemporary.
These are located in a range of places throughout the Park, so there is more flexibility on location with the added benefit of there being dog-friendly options. Just because you have a dog it doesn’t mean that you have to miss out on a luxury holiday in Cornwall.
The Dog-Friendly Watergates are situated in Gannel field, which has some of the, if not the best, views on Park, overlooking the Gannel Estuary.
Classy Cornwall
Cornwall has so much to experience and do. The coastline is always beautiful, whatever the season. There’s a range of stunning coast paths to walk, with the opportunity to stop at a chic café, cosy pub or delicious restaurant.
At Fistral you will find brilliant walks around Towan Head, or up to Pentire, as well many places for food fans to enjoy. On Fistral Beach you will find Hendra guest favourite, The Fish House, with fresh seafood and breathtaking views over the beach.
Or treat yourself to a spa day; Newquay and Cornwall have some really special spas, perfect for a day of relaxation.
Nearby Crantock is a must visit, just minutes in the car from Hendra. This expansive beach is looked after by the National Trust. Great for a wander, as well as for surfing and kayaking. This beach accepts dogs all year round.
Close by to Crantock, you will find a range of cafes, pubs and restaurants overlooking Cornwall’s jaw dropping coastal views.
In the late spring, head Crantock way and visit Porth Joke, where you will see swathes of pretty poppies on the headland, making a welcome addition to already amazing views.
