Chestnut House
Nestled on the edge of Hendra, in an ultra-exclusive area of the park, Chestnut House offers the ultimate luxurious family getaway in an utterly secluded spacious holiday home. Step through private gardens to the quiet and peaceful Chestnut House, fully equipped with everything you need for you ultimate Cornish getaway. Located just a stones throw from Newquay’s 7 beautiful beaches and a short walk to all of Hendra’s 5* facilities.
This home is the perfect place for a family holiday, fully equipped with everything that you would expect from your own home. The spacious kitchen has everything that you need to cater for all your cooking needs.
There’s a separate dining room, which leads out on to your own private patio. Surrounded by mature gardens, and the rolling countryside, complete with outdoor furniture for alfresco dining. This is the perfect place to relax at the end of a busy day. You can also enjoy one family voucher per day for the amazing Oasis Pool, one of the largest indoor fun pools in the Southwest! (Advance booking is required.)
There is an outdoor games room too, which can be accessed via the patio. A place to enjoy some quality time with family and friends or keep those with more energy entertained whilst you relax.
The whole home has fresh, modern, coastal décor, which will make sure that you feel relaxed and in holiday mode from the moment you enter our award-winning grounds, arrive and park Chestnut field and step through the door. The living space has ample seating, so everyone can relax and enjoy spending time together. With a 50 inch TV and free super fast Wi-Fi too.
Go up the nautical staircase and there are four large bedrooms. With two double rooms, one twin room (the twin beds can be made in to a double) and bunk beds, there is plenty of space here. Enjoy the views over Hendra and the Cornish countryside in one of the double rooms, with a king-sized bed and there is also a twin room at the back. At the front of Chestnut House you will find another room with a king-sized bed, with ample wardrobe space, and an ensuite shower room. The bunk bed room is perfect for young children. Upstairs there’s a bathroom, complete with a bath, and downstairs there is also a toilet and sink.
All the beds are made up and towels are included, along with essential cleaning products, and a bespoke Welcome Hamper, complete with Cornish Produce, tea and coffee, apple juice and Fizz.
What to bring with you:
Bedding and towels are included, as are kitchen appliances such as plates, cups and cutlery. The Hendra Marketplace stocks a range of household essentials for all of your needs.

The upstairs floor features four bedrooms, two king-sized beds, one twin room (which can be a double bed) and one set of bunk beds.
One king room features an ensuite shower room, there is also a family bathroom upstairs.
Downstairs you can find a separate living room, downstairs toilet, kitchen and separate dining room which leads out on to an enclosed garden and patio area with outdoor seating. There is also a separate games room.
